The dynamic workforce is spearheaded by Managing Director Nems Sembrano who handles the over-all operations in administration, accounts, sales, marketing, visa and ticketing departments. Her partner Gina Flores manages the company’s finances, cash flows and all other outgoing concerns.
Working in Dubai since 2003, Nems has skillfully acquired top-notch expertise in tourism and marketing industry. She began her career as sales executive in Eros Electrical-Samsung for three years before switching to travel and tours. She took up the role of operations manager at Dana Express Travels and later became a partner at Falcon Crest Tourism. Back in the Philippines, she was external vice-president of Miraculous Medal Group - Ozanam Study Grant Program and a student assistant from 1998 to 2002 at Adamson University, where she finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
As Finance Manager, Gina has equipped herself in extensive trainings and sales promotions and has attended high-profile inductions and seminars on finance and investment. She came to Dubai in 1992 on a group visa sponsored by Al Ghurair Group of Companies, where she worked as sales executive for House of Perfume. She also worked as sales merchandiser and office secretary at Early Learning Center and was awarded Frontliner of the Year. She studied Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication at Far Eastern University.
Nems and Gina’s unsurpassed business partnership has also paved the establishment of beauty salon in 2008, before they decided to focus full-time on Al Qadi Tourism’s increasing client demands in the competitive international marketplace. |
